Our client has recently won new client contracts and requires a reliable and switched‑on Asbestos Surveyor to support their existing team. You will be attending a range of commercial, industrial and domestic premises to conduct asbestos surveys and collect ACM samples. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands‑on experience, and will be able to manage their time effectively. The successful applicant will receive thorough training, excellent salaries and robust benefits packages.

Experience / Qualifications
- Strong experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor within a UKAS accredited company.
- Qualified with the BOHS P402 (or RSPH equivalent).
- Fully conversant in HSG 264 and UKAS guidelines.
- Professional manner.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Proficient using IT software.
- We are also interested in anyone with P401/P402/P403/P404/P404 or S301 CCP.
The Role
- Carrying out management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys across client sites.
- Completing ad‑hoc re‑inspection surveys.
- Sampling from site and bagging correctly.
- Collating findings to produce site‑specific technical reports.
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, answering any technical or logistical issues.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Wearing correct PPE at all times.
- Supporting the training of new surveyors.
