Operating from three sites and employing over 50 staff, they have recently made significant investments in state-of-the-art packaging equipment, reaffirming their commitment to growth, innovation and customer excellence. With a turnover of approximately £6 million, they pride themselves on responsive service and quality-driven approach, supporting clients across a range of industries.
They are seeking a commercially minded Senior Sales and Business Development Manager to take a pivotal role within the business. This is a leadership role with a sales-led focus, ideal for someone with a strong background in print, packaging (cartons), or signage. You will be instrumental in driving the performance of the sales team and enhancing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with production and senior management to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to strategic sales planning and assist with identifying new market opportunities, especially within packaging following an equipment investment (£400K+).
- Review and develop processes to improve team efficiency, response times and overall customer experience.
- Conduct performance reviews, training and development for sales team members.
- Provide accurate reporting to senior management on sales team performance.
