As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing key client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving business growth. Your primary focus will be on expanding the customer base, maintaining existing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
  • Key Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth.

  • Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Reporting and Analysis leading Team Meetings: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make informed business decisions.
  • Responsible for the development and training of the additional account managers in the team through the conduction of quarterly reviews, appraisals and supporting them in their work.
