Our client is a respected and established provider of high-quality signage and graphic solutions, supporting major brands across retail, commercial, events and corporate environments. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join their Manchester based team. This position is focused on managing and developing existing customer accounts, with an element of new business. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring projects run smoothly from initial enquiry through to delivery while identifying opportunities to grow accounts organically.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture an existing portfolio of clients within signage, large format print and graphics.
  • Act as a key liaison between clients, production, and project teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Provide quotations, project updates, and ongoing support throughout the order cycle.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and reporting.
  • Support the wider commercial team to deliver revenue targets.

About You

  • Experience in signage, graphics, or large format print account management.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, materials, and project workflows within the sector.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and client service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple live projects effectively.
  • Team-oriented, positive, and proactive.
  • Comfortable working full-time from the Manchester office.
