Our client is a high end flexographic Printer with a varied product offering to include reel to reel materials from unsupported film, to various papers laminated constructions for a number of market sectors. This includes direct and indirect food (BRC accredited), drink, automotive, medical, beauty, healthcare, pet care, horticulture and agriculture. This busy manufacturer has seen continual year on year growth in the last 4 years and now requires additional staff to assist in the finishing department with the Slitting / Rewinding operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading of materials from the machine and movement of materials around the factory.
- Setting and monitoring of machines while running to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Always maintain a tidy work area.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of procedures for operation of slitting / rewinding is essential.
- The ability to fault find and problem solve.
- Display an excellent eye for detail.
- Manual Handling ability.
