Hours: Monday-Thursday: 8:30am - 5:30pm / Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Our client is a well-established large format print provider, delivering high-quality print solutions across a wide range of applications. With a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and service, they are continuing to grow and are now looking for an experienced Print Production Manager to join their team.

As Print Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the print production department, ensuring jobs are delivered on time, to specification, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage workflows, people, and processes in a fast-paced large format print environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of print production from job receipt to final output
  • Plan and schedule workloads to meet deadlines and maximise efficiency
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the production team
  • Ensure quality control standards are met consistently
  • Liaise with Sales and Pre-press teams to ensure smooth job progression
  • Monitor materials, stock levels, and equipment performance
  • Identify and implement improvements to production processes

About You

  • Proven experience in a Print Production Management role (large format experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of print processes, materials and finishing
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Confident people manager with a hands-on approach
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple jobs simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
