As a Field Service Engineer specialising in industrial factory equipment, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing expert installation, maintenance, and repair services. Your technical knowledge and problemāsolving skills will ensure that machinery operates at peak performance, minimising downtime and maximising client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out installation, commissioning, servicing, and repair of industrial food processing machinery onāsite.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults efficiently to reduce client downtime.
- Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment use and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, parts used, and customer interactions.
