(SC3481) STRUCTURAL DESIGNER – POS SURREY / SOUTH LONDON £Negotiable + Overtime (Paid at Time + ½) + 25 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays Our client is a leading retail solutions company specialising in creating innovative and impactful point-of-sale (POS) displays for a diverse range of brands. They are currently looking for a talented and creative POS Designer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will design and develop innovative point-of-sale materials that drive customer engagement and elevate brand visibility. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you will bring ideas to life, ensuring designs meet both creative and functional requirements. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop eye-catching POS Cardboard displays, including FSDU’s / floor stands, counter units, and shelf displays. Collaborate with clients, account managers, and production teams to ensure creative alignment with brand objectives. Produce detailed 2D and 3D design concepts and technical drawings for production. Select materials and production methods that balance aesthetics, functionality, and cost-effectiveness. Ensure designs comply with brand guidelines and retail space specifications. Conduct prototype testing and iterate designs based on feedback. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards. Requirements: Proficiency in design software, such as Kasemake or similar. (3D Studio Max would be a bonus) Proven experience as a POS Designer or similar role in retail design. Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and production techniques. Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design concepts clearly. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
