As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for both hunting new business and managing a portfolio of existing accounts (up to £2 million). You will take ownership of identifying and securing new market opportunities while also nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients. While your focus will be broad across all markets (not just beverage), you will bring a proactive, growth-driven mindset to every opportunity, enabling you to maximise revenue potential and strengthen market presence.
Key Responsibilities:- Take a proactive approach to generate new business, targeting diverse markets and identifying potential clients who could benefit from their innovative labelling solutions.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and growth.
- Build strong relationships and work closely with clients to meet their evolving needs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand your portfolio and increase revenue across all markets.
- Work with internal teams to create tailored solutions that align with client objectives.

- Develop a strong understanding of emerging trends and challenges across multiple sectors.

- At least 5 years of experience in a sales role, ideally within a B2B or manufacturing environment.

- Strong understanding of self-adhesive labels and their applications across a wide range of industries (not just beverage).
