Monday - Thursday: W1: 6am - 2pm / W2: 2pm - 10pm
Fridays: 8am - 4pm
Our client is looking for a Production Operative to join the production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is looking to develop a long-term career within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Large format print experience is preferred, but full training will be provided on Vutek hybrid printers, production processes, quality standards, and equipment maintenance.
Key requirements:
- Able to reliably commute to the office.
- Happy to work days initially, with flexibility to move to a rotating double-day shift pattern in the future.
- Previous experience in large format print, print finishing, signage, graphics, or a production/manufacturing environment.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Good technical aptitude and an interest in machinery and production processes.
The role involves operating large format printing equipment, processing jobs through production, handling print substrates, monitoring quality, carrying out routine maintenance, and working closely with the wider production team to meet customer expectations.
Ideal candidate: Someone with experience in large format print or a related production environment who is eager to learn, takes pride in quality, and wants to grow their career within a specialist print manufacturing business.
