FLEXOGRAPHIC PRINTER
COMMUTABLE AREAS: GREATER MANCHESTER, CHESHIRE, LANCASHIRE, MERSEYSIDE, SOME AREAS OF YORKSHIRE
Salary: £41,140.51 + OVERTIME PAID 1 ½ + 22 DAYS HOLIDAY + CHRISTMAS CLOSEDOWN + PENSION 4.5% + HEALTHCARE

My client is a leading manufacturer in the flexible packaging industry, specialising in high-quality flexographic printing solutions. They are committed to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.
They are now looking to recruit an experienced Flexographic Printer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and a passion for producing high-quality printed materials.This role involves operating and maintaining flexographic printing presses to ensure efficient production and high standards of output.
Experience with F&K, Bobst, or W&H machines is ideal however my client will consider candidates with experience on flexo label printers, wide web printers or Gravure printing experience will also be considered.Team leader experience / leading hand desirable but not essential.
Role / Responsibilities:
Operate flexographic printing presses according to job specifications.
Daily productivity responsibility ensuring that individual schedule and targets set are achieved.
Ensuring that jobs are produced to the highest quality level and that the quality procedures are followed.
Responsibility for cleanliness and general maintenance of equipment used in the process.
You are required to relay information through the specification sheet on how jobs are produced and exactly what settings are required to repeat the process.
You will be working with the Production Manager to continually improve quality, processes and production efficiencies.
Self-motivated individual who pays close attention to detail.
Excellent communicator to all levels of Managers and Employees.
Able to follow instructions and complete within a given timeline.Requirements:
Proven experience as a Flexographic Printer or in a similar role within the printing industry.
Strong understanding of flexographic printing processes, materials, and equipment.
Experience with F&K, Bobst, or WH machines is highly desirable.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work shifts and overtime as required
