As a Field Service Engineer specialising in industrial factory equipment, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing expert installation, maintenance, and repair services. Your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills will ensure that machinery operates at peak performance, minimising downtime and maximising client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out installation, commissioning, servicing, and repair of industrial food processing machinery on-site.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults efficiently to reduce client downtime.
- Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment use and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the engineering and sales teams to provide feedback and improve product performance.
- Manage your schedule effectively to meet customer commitments and respond to emergency call-outs.
