The Role: Looking for an experienced Small Format Printer Operator to join the team. While your main focus will be small format printing, our client is eager to support your growth and provide training in large format printing for those willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate small format printing equipment efficiently and safely
- Machinery: Small Format Finishing equipment from Morgana - crease & fold, guillotine, booklet maker, laminator, digital cutter + Option to learn large format machinery.
- Maintain high-quality print standards and attention to detail
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Assist with finishing processes (cutting, laminating, etc.)
- Learn and support large format printing operations as training progresses
- Ensure workspace is clean and organised
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating small format printers
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Willingness to learn and grow into large format printing
- Good organizational and teamwork skills
