Our client is a large format digital company based in the South East. Services and capabilities include large format printing, exhibition stands, point of sale display, wide format printing, exhibition stand design, exhibition stand builders, signage, pop up stands, digital wallpaper, banner stands, interior displays, museum graphics, studio backdrops and theatre backdrops.
They are looking for an Office-Based Account Manager to join their team. You'll play a vital role in managing client projects from initial enquiry to final delivery. Working within a busy production environment, you'll liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all jobs are delivered to a high standard, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities / Requirements:
- Act as the main point of contact for Client Director and clients, taking briefs and managing projects from concept to completion.
- Provide accurate estimates.
- Book projects into production and oversee timelines through to delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the Client Director, studio and production teams to coordinate artwork and schedules.
- Liaise with suppliers and external partners for outsourced elements of projects.
- Ensure all projects meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Handle queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Previous experience in a print production and account management role (large format print and signage preferred).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Xero and Excel, or similar systems is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of print processes, materials, and production timelines.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
- Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
