Based on a flagship project in Somerset, you will take a senior leadership position responsible for the successful delivery of significant CSA works, overseeing the project from planning and procurement through construction and final handover.

Your role as Project Director - CSA will include:
- Taking overall responsibility for the successful delivery of major CSA packages
- Leading construction teams across civil, structural and architectural disciplines
- Managing Senior Project Managers, Construction Managers, Package Managers and engineering teams
- Taking ownership of programme, commercial performance, quality, safety and project delivery
- Driving the project from pre-construction and procurement through construction, completion and handover
- Managing major subcontractors and ensuring performance against programme and contractual requirements
- Working closely with MEP, design, commercial, planning and commissioning leadership
- Building strong relationships with the client, consultants and key project stakeholders
