Electrical Maintenance Manager
£43,000 - £50,000 + Monday to Friday + Permanent Position + Excellent Benefits + Great Stability

Are you an Electrical Maintenance Manager looking for a permanent Monday-to-Friday position where you can step away from being fully hands-on and move into a management-focused role? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable organisation where you'll manage a small maintenance team, oversee specialist subcontractors and take responsibility for the day-to-day electrical maintenance and smooth operation of the estate.
This role would suit someone from a strong electrical maintenance background who has experience supervising engineers, managing contractors and overseeing planned and reactive maintenance. There will be minimal hands-on work, with the majority of your time focused on managing the team, organising subcontractors, ensuring compliance and making sure maintenance is completed safely and efficiently.
Your Role As An Electrical Maintenance Manager Will Include:
- Managing a small maintenance team
- Managing and coordinating specialist subcontractors
- Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance
- Ensuring electrical compliance across the estate
- Organising maintenance schedules and workloads
- Managing health & safety and statutory requirements
- Minimal hands-on electrical work
- Monday to Friday
The Successful Electrical Maintenance Manager Will Have:
- Strong electrical maintenance background
- Electrical qualifications
- Supervisory / management experience
- Experience managing subcontractors
- xgikmsk Facilities, estates or building services experience
- Commutable to Central London
