Your role as a Sales Administrator You Will:
- Sales Administration and Internal Sales position.
- Handle inbound enquiries, with some other admin work for the team.
- Prepare and send quotations via email.
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure customers receive a great service.
- Develop your product and sales knowledge with full training and support.
As a Sales Administrator You Must:
- Have experience in an internal sales, sales administration or customer-facing role, or be looking to take your first step into internal sales.
- Be confident speaking with customers and have a professional telephone manner.
- Be willing to learn specialist products and develop your sales knowledge.
- Some engineering knowledge is an advantage.
- Have good computer skills and experience using databases, CRM systems, email and telephone systems.
- Be organised, reliable and keen to build a long-term career.
