This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Construction Manager to join a growing international main contractor on a technically complex development.
You will oversee specialist construction packages, coordinate subcontractors and manage the interfaces between CSA and MEP works. Joining a business with a flat management structure and an established European project pipeline, you'll have autonomy on site and opportunities for long-term progression. Your Role as Senior Construction Manager Will Include: Leading cleanroom and dry room construction through to handover. Managing specialist subcontractors and site delivery teams. Coordinating CSA, architectural and MEP interfaces.
Driving programme, quality, safety and snagging. Ensuring installation meets project specifications and cleanliness requirements. As a Senior Construction Manager, You Will Have: Experience delivering cleanroom or dry room construction packages. A background as a Construction Manager, Senior Site Manager or Project Manager. Strong knowledge of specialist fit-out, including partitions, ceilings, flooring and envelope systems. Experience on pharmaceutical, semiconductor or other controlled-environment projects.
Strong subcontractor management and site coordination skills.
