Your Role As
Maintenance Engineer: * Reactive maintenance, as well as leading a small team * Mechanical fault finding and maintenance (conveyors/hydraulics/pneumatics) * Site based in Sittingbourne - ensure the smooth running of site operations * 4 on 4 off, days and nights * 3 months paid time off a year
You'll Need As
Maintenance Engineer
: * Experience in a hands-on mechanical role * Manufacturing background or similar * Have the want to be lead a team * Ability to react quickly to problems, reduce downtime, and communicate clearly and accurately
