This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable organisation where you'll manage a small maintenance team, oversee specialist subcontractors and take responsibility for the day-to-day electrical maintenance and smooth operation of the estate. This role would suit someone from a strong electrical maintenance background who has experience supervising engineers, managing contractors and overseeing planned and reactive maintenance.
There will be minimal hands-on work , with the majority of your time focused on managing the team, organising subcontractors, ensuring compliance and making sure maintenance is completed safely and efficiently.
