Are you an Electrical Maintenance Manager looking for a permanent Monday-to-Friday position where you can step away from being fully hands-on and move into a management-focused role? This role would suit someone from a strong electrical maintenance background who has experience supervising engineers, managing contractors and overseeing planned and reactive maintenance. There will be minimal hands-on work, with the majority of your time focused on managing the team, organising subcontractors, ensuring compliance and making sure maintenance is completed safely and efficiently.
