Future PLC have an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Retention assistant to join our team, located in Cardiff. If you pride yourself on your ability to help customers, overcome objections, and find solutions, then this will be the perfect role for you.
What you'll be doing
- As a Sales & Retention assistant, you'll be responsible for retaining our magazine subscription customers throughout the year, ensuring our customers are happy to continue their subscription with us.
- Point of contact for individual customers looking to cancel their subscription.
- Achieving KPI's and monthly targets.
- Objection handle, and retain customers.
- Use all relevant and related systems to accurately capture customer data including updating notes and outcomes.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve
- Customer focused with strong questioning ability.
- Sales knowledge/experience advantageous.
- Excellent retention or selling and negotiating skills.
- Working collaboratively within the team and other departments.
