The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

The Ad Operations team serves as a liaison between sales, project management, product, adtech and the design teams to ensure campaign fulfilment and client satisfaction. Ad Ops supports the sales team from pre- to post-sales cycle for an assigned list of digital campaigns, and report directly into the Programmatic Ad Ops Manager.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll support the response to client briefs for premium programmatic campaigns, helping deliver effective and innovative advertising solutions.
  • Day to day, you’ll activate digital campaigns across a range of SSPs, ensuring they are set up and launched smoothly.
  • Monitoring campaign delivery closely, you’ll make proactive recommendations to ensure KPIs are met, with a strong focus on CTR and viewability.
  • You’ll also be the key point of contact for clients, agencies and sales teams, providing regular updates and maintaining throughout.
  • After each campaign, you’ll deliver clear and insightful analysis, turning performance data into actionable insights and presenting these in well-structured decks with recommendations for future activity.
  • You’ll also collaborate with sales and product teams to refine and evolve our product offering, helping us stay at the forefront of digital advertising.

  • Familiarity with a variety of digital ad formats.
  • Strong understanding of digital ad performance metrics.
  • Exposure to various SSP’s (Xandr, Index) - preferable.
  • Experience of using third party tags across different vendors.
  • Desire to be client-facing while also being an exceptional implementation specialist.
  • Team player who is used to working with a wide range of departments and skill sets.
