You will work cross-functionally with product, tech, editorial, CRM and commercial teams to launch new membership initiatives, optimise lifecycle performance and improve engagement. This role is critical to the success of membership and is ideal for someone who excels at experimentation, ownership and measurable growth impact.

What you’ll be doing

  • As Marketing Growth Hacker, reporting to the Head of Digital Customer Subscriptions, you will be the owner of membership growth performance across acquisition, activation and retention.
  • You will define a lifecycle growth strategy across key touchpoints ensuring members move from sign-up to active, engaged and retained users.
  • You will lead membership launches, drive ongoing engagement strategy and act as the voice of the customer using data and behavioural insight to refine the proposition.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve

  • Experience with lifecycle marketing and conversion optimisation.
  • Experience working with CRM marketing, editorial and commercial teams.
  • Comfortable working with analytics tools (e.g. GA4 or similar).
  • 5+ years experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing or performance-led marketing roles.
  • Experience managing measurable growth KPIs.
  • Experience building and optimising acquisition and retention funnels.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of engagement-driven revenue models.
  • Experience leading cross-functional growth initiatives.

What’s in it for you

The expected range for this role is £50,000 - £60,000. This is a Hybrid role from our Bath or London Office, working three days from the office, two from home. Plus more great perks, which include:

  • Uncapped leave, because we trust you to manage your workload and time.
  • When we hit our targets, enjoy a share of our profits with a bonus.
