As a pioneering multiplatform media powerhouse, we provide expert content and technology that build valuable communities across all channels.

What you'll do
Future Talent Group is the in-house team that unifies how Future works with talent — internal editors and staffers, and external creators and celebrities — across every publication, vertical, and touchpoint, digital and IRL. We exist to turn editorial credibility into better commercial deals, build owned talent-led franchises worth having, and make sure every campaign we run reflects well on Future and brings clients back. As our Influencer and Creator Partnerships Manager, you'll drive campaign execution and talent partnerships for high-profile branded content. Reporting directly to the Senior Influencer Marketing Manager, you'll work strategically across pre-sale RFP responses and proactive talent opportunities. You'll collaborate with Editorial leads, Client Services, Paid Social, and Branded Content teams across Future Publications. Together, you'll secure optimal partnership rates, package opportunities, and whitelisting strategies, while managing creator execution from sourcing through post-campaign reporting using CreatorIQ. In this role, you'll manage talent contracts and negotiations with precision while tracking campaign timelines and budgets. You'll partner with the Branded Content team to build custom creative briefs that align creator style with brand goals. You'll also oversee talent during on-site activations and events, serving as their primary contact for content reviews. By analyzing campaign performance metrics and sharing best practices across internal teams, you'll help optimize future creator campaigns.

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Word (or the Google Office equivalents).
Experience working with CreatorIQ or other influencer marketing CRM platforms.
