What you’ll be doing
- Reporting to the Head of Gardens, you’ll pitch and write daily articles for Homes & Gardens on all areas of gardening and garden design.
- You’ll check Google trends and competitor sites for new ideas and key terms, and pitch these to the Head of Gardens.
- You’ll create content at a fast pace while maintaining consistency in tone and values, applying SEO best practice and balancing commercial and editorial KPIs.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve
- A keen interest in, and understanding of, gardening and all things planting, pruning and propagating.
- Digital experience, you’ll be quick to learn our CMS systems and deliver content quickly and efficiently.
- Exceptional digital writing skills - ability to write snappy headlines and keep tight grammar control to choosing the right on-brand image to draw people in.
- Experience in SEO and an understanding of analytical tools, which you’ll use to form your content crafting and ideation.
- You’ll be a natural collaborator who loves being part of a high-performing team.
