What you\’ll be doing

Reporting to the Editor-in-Chief, you\’ll lead the editorial content strategy across planned and reactive content, with a strong focus on SEO, data-led decision-making and seasonal/tentpole storytelling moments.

You\’ll own the monthly fashion content calendar, overseeing keyword ideation and planning to ensure performance, relevance and alignment with brand priorities. You\’ll shape and manage the daily news strategy, identifying opportunities to capture audience interest and drive traffic.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve

  • Digital editorial experience in fashion and beauty, with a background in both content strategy and team leadership
  • Experience managing a small-to-mid-sized editorial team
  • Understanding of content production, editing, analytics and audience insights—paired with impeccable taste and commercial awareness
  • Hands-on experience in SEO, CMS platforms, daily news judgement and data tools such as Google Analytics or Looker
  • Ability to balance creative storytelling with revenue- and traffic-driving goals
