Newly shaped function where our work directly influences control and best practice. We work with management across the business (operations and finance) to understand the risk and controls and work with them to mature the existing framework so that it is fit for the Group now and its next phase of growth and transformation. It is a dynamic function with several workstreams to get involved in from investigating and remediating incidents to consulting on delivering transformation projects.

What you'll be doing
Reporting to the Head of Internal Control, you'll be in an influential position where you'll shape, embed and elevate a scalable risk & control framework that supports Future's next phase of growth. You'll work with senior leadership, Internal Audit and External Audit - simplifying complexity, driving consistency and ensuring governance is robust across a dynamic, expanding organisation.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve
- Experience in listed, regulated or SOX-style environments (preferable);
- Interpret complexity and turn it into clear, pragmatic solutions;
- Stakeholder management experience (expectation management);
- Lead the assessment and enhancement of the Group risk & control environment to ensure it is robust, scalable and future-ready;
- Maintain and evolve the Group Risk & Control Matrix, working closely with SLT/ELT stakeholders;
- Identify control gaps, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities across financial and operational processes.
