THE ROLE

Your responsibilities as a Senior/Associate CDM Consultant will include:

  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team across various sectors: commercial, industrial, education, residential, and heritage.
  • Act as Principal Designer under the CDM Regulations 2015 or provide CDM Client Adviser services.
  • Advise clients on their CDM Regulations 2015 duties.
  • Plan, manage, and monitor the pre-construction phase.
  • Coordinate health and safety aspects of design work.
  • Communicate residual risks effectively.
  • Liaise with designers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and review Pre-Construction Information.
  • Compile and review Health and Safety Files.
  • Conduct site visits for compliance monitoring and guidance.
  • Support wider project teams on health and safety best practices.
