Our Client, based on the outskirts of Nottingham, is looking to recruit a full time, permanent Account Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and progressive Company who are a market leader in their sector.
The Role
We are seeking a focused and dedicated new team member to join a growing Account Management team. The primary responsibility will be to manage b2b customer accounts on a daily basis. Communicate effectively and courteously with customers and suppliers via telephone and email, ensuring clear and concise communication. Process customers' bookings and requests placing those requests on our bespoke management system and ensuring orders are followed through upon our suppliers and carried out on time. Maintain accurate records of all incoming calls for reference and documentation purposes. Resolve customer queries using personal initiative and with the team’s input. Generate custom reports using Microsoft Office software as needed. Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and legislation. Ensure all data on our IT systems are accurate and complete.
The Candidate
The ideal Account Manager will be able to demonstrate the following:
- An understanding of the importance of excellent customer service and the ability to deliver it.
- IT proficiency.
- Clear and direct communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Supportive attitude towards team members and willingness to take on additional tasks during busy periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work methodically and accurately.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- GCSE or equivalent qualification in English and Mathematics.
