As a Financial Administrator you will responsible for the administration of purchase ledger, credit control & banking. This role offers the opportunity of training and development for the right candidate. Your responsibilities as a Accounts Administrator will include: Manage financial transactions and bank reconciliation. Manage PayPal account and send purchase orders to suppliers. Weekly data and cash forecasts for SMT. Process bi-weekly supplier payments and review invoices on Sage. Send monthly customer statements and manage expense claims. Handle credit control and debt recovery. Produce accounting reports and assist during audits/year-end. The ideal Accounts Administrator will be able to demonstrate the following key skills and experience: AAT or equivalent qualification at a minimum of L2 (or working towards) - is desirable or qualified through experience. Good knowledge of excel and Microsoft 365 Strong understanding of accounts functions Experienced in Sage 50 (purchase/accounts and sales) Experienced in using online banking for business purpose. 25 days Annual leave plus bank holidays. ~ Full business closure at Christmas ~ Increased Pension contributions ~ Bonus Scheme ~ Cash health Plan
