Production Supervisor Grantham, Full Time, Permanent £Competitive DOE Our Grantham based Client is looking to appoint a Production Operative on a full time, permanent basis.
The Production Operative will be based within the Operations team and will be responsible for organising workflow and ensuring the hands on management of a busy workshop.

The Role The main areas of responsibility for the Production Operative will include the following: Assisting in the manufacture of a range of products from technical drawings and schematics.
Working as part a small team.
Hands on duties such as include welding, cutting, drilling, assembly work, cable crimping and some wiring.
Operating and training other users in the use of production equipment.
Operating lifting equipment.
Collecting and delivering materials if required, forklift license would be desirable.
Occasional property maintenance maybe required.
Ensuring all work processes are completed to a high standard including keeping the workshop clean to avoid hazards maintaining the company’s health safety and quality guidelines.
