Up to Β£28,000 + discretionary bonus + benefits
We have an exciting opportunity for a IFA Administrator to join a fantastic client in Lincoln on a full-time, permanent basis. With a salary of up to Β£28,000 per annum DOE, plus a discretionary bonus, this role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and excellent administrative skills.
THE ROLE
- Compliance with the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and relevant FCA rules, as well as regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Adhering to compliance, Consumer Duty, T&C, and financial crime procedures, including anti-money laundering, data security, anti-bribery, fraud, and corruption.
- Keeping up to date with relevant product, legislative, and technical changes.
- Preparing documents for client meetings, packaging suitability letters, maintaining client files in SharePoint, and handling scanning and printing.
- Processing new business both online and via paper applications.
- Processing letters of authorities, preparing valuations, and updating platforms and providers.
- Communicating with clients and providers via phone, email, post, and occasionally face-to-face.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal IFA Administrator will possess the following skills:
- Excellent communication skills, a good understanding of Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Basic understanding of investments, pensions and protection
- The ability to learn and understand the firm's record keeping requirements and compliance procedures
- Being self-motivated, efficient, thorough and forward thinking
- The ability to multi-task and manage several cases at once
