We are hiring a Telephone Business Development Executive professional for our client’s Head Office. If you enjoy being on the phone, have a keen eye for detail, and a love for customer service, this could be your next step!
The Role:
- Identify opportunities, produce leads, and book high-quality appointments for our client’s Sales Execs
- Develop creative pitches aimed at specific industry sectors
- Proactively follow up on canvassed leads by Sales Execs
- Use your initiative to chase opportunities with companies not already in our client’s database
- Manage the database accurately for targeted marketing
- Share and implement Best Practise ideas with the team
- Collaborate with our client’s marketing team to hit sales objectives
- Attend training courses as needed
- Possibly take on additional roles such as Health & Safety/Fire Marshal/First Aider
The Candidate:
- Previous experience in a Telesales/Customer Service environment
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Flexible approach and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team
- Proactive, enthusiastic, confident, and assertive
