Our Client is seeking a full time, permanent Sales & Marketing Assistant to join their established and growing business. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting a busy sales team. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the sales team with preparing proposals and quotes.
- Updating and maintaining CRM records.
- Managing shared inboxes, responding to general enquiries and routing opportunities appropriately.
- Assisting with event logistics both in the UK and overseas.
- Assisting with planning and delivering marketing campaigns (email, social media and events).
- Creating and scheduling content for social media.
- Supporting with website updates and content creation.
- Helping organise marketing materials such as brochures, case studies and events.
The ideal Sales & Marketing Assistant will be able to demonstrate the following skills and competencies:
- Essential: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident user of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Interest in sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-player with a proactive attitude.
- Desirable: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, social media, email marketing tools).
- Graphic design or content creation skills (Canva, Adobe Express).
- Previous experience (from internship level) in a sales or marketing role/team.
