Your responsibilities as an ICT Project Manager will include:
Delivering cost-effective, high-quality ICT projects end-to-end using structured project management methodologies and gateway governance.
Managing up to three concurrent technical projects across 11 international sites, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, budget, and schedules.
Collaborating with commercial stakeholders and technical design leads to gather requirements, build business cases, and produce detailed Project Definition Documents (PDDs).
Directing cross-functional project teams, onshore and offshore technical resources, and outsourced development partners.
Tracking project KPIs, monitoring actuals against forecast spend, and providing transparent reporting to senior management and directors.
Overseeing technical implementation into live production environments, ensuring robust test strategies, quality standards, and compliance with J-SOX and TISAX security guidelines.
Conducting post-implementation reviews, managing warranty periods, and embedding continuous improvements into standard ICT processes.
Evaluating and negotiating with external suppliers of ICT services, software tools, and infrastructure.
