Due to Company growth, our client is seeking hands-on Director of Customer Onboarding.

You'll be at the heart of turning new customer commitments into live, revenue-generating partnerships.

The Role
The role of Director of Customer Onboarding will include; but not be limited to the following key duties:
- Ownership of all onboarding activities
- Successful delivery of PMS, Channel Manager, RMS, CRS, and payment gateway activations
- Develop methodologies, standards, and governance processes
- Spot risks and bottlenecks early in the process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technology providers
- Lead, coach, and develop the Onboarding and Enablement teams
- The Candidate
The successful Director of Customer Onboarding will be able to demonstrate the following knowledge, experience & skills:
- Senior-level experience in integrations, implementations, onboarding, hospitality technology or Saa S.
- Proven experience managing complex technology projects.
- Hands-on experience with PMS, Channel Managers, CRS, RMS, or distribution platforms.
- Experience managing supplier and tech partner relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and operational improvements.
