Community and Engagement Lead Newark, Full Time, Permanent £30,147 per annum. Our client, based in Newark, supports patients and their loved ones in North Nottinghamshire, providing compassionate and free-of-charge services. THE ROLE Your responsibilities as a Community and Engagement Lead will include: * Deliver a community engagement programme that inspires and engages with individuals, supporters, and community members. * Develop and steward long-term relationships with supporters. * Grow our supporter database and meet agreed KPIs each year. * Achieve income targets within set KPIs annually. THE CANDIDATE The ideal Community and Engagement Lead will be able to demonstrate the following key skills and experience: * Passion for community engagement and proven experience in similar roles. * Excellent communication, a proactive approach, and the ability to build strong relationships. * A full driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use. THE BENEFITS The benefits for the Community and Engagement Lead role include: * 37.5 hours per week, worked flexibly. * £30,147 per annum (£15.46 per hour). * Hybrid. * 30 days holiday, increasing with service plus Bank Holidays. * Company Nest pension. * Blue Light Card discounts (with membership). * Free DBS Check. * Access to Mental Health First Aiders and Freedom to Speak Up Champions. * Mileage reimbursement for community work travel. * Ongoing training and support.
