Due to expansion, our Lincoln based Client is looking to recruit a Social Media Executive, initially on a part time basis, to take ownership of their social presence across various platforms. We are seeking a creative, proactive and commercially individual who knows how to build attention and trust, not just push sales.

The successful Social Media Executive will take ownership of the following key tasks:

  • Creating engaging content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
  • Planning and running effective Facebook Ad campaigns
  • Filming and editing short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, etc.)
  • Confidently appearing on camera when needed
  • Working behind the camera to direct and capture content across the business
  • Proactively identifying content opportunities – spotting stories, people
  • Helping shape our social media strategy and brand voice
  • Tracking performance and improving content based on results

The successful Social Media Executive will be able to demonstrate:

  • An understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and paid social campaigns
  • Proven experience growing and engaging social channels
  • Confident communication - comfortable both in front of and behind the camera
  • Photography skills and video editing software (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, etc.)
  • Creative thinking with the initiative to generate content ideas independently
  • An organised approach to their work, energy and motivation
