Due to expansion, our award-winning, Newark based client is looking to appoint a driven, enthusiastic and hardworking Internal Sales Executive to join their busy sales team on a full time, permanent basis.
THE ROLE
The successful Internal Sales Executive will work with an established customer portfolio to convert a large quantity of warm leads and enquiries. Key responsibilities will include:
- Utilising an established CRM system to follow up leads
- Developing a sound understanding of a wide range of technology and software solutions (training and support provided)
- Picking up enquiries and warm leads from customers and prospects
- Proactively follow up a sales pipeline to gain a return on investment from marketing activities and a prospect (lapsed) database
- Taking and making calls to warm prospects and existing customers
- Delivering sales against set range of realistic KPIβs
- Creating quality written communications
THE CANDIDATE
The successful Internal Sales Executive will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Previous knowledge of CRMs (HubSpot, Sales Force or similar)
- Experience of working in a customer facing role ideally in a sales capacity
- Confident and quick learner with attention to detail and accuracy
- Desire to succeed and grow in a sales role
- Ability to communicate with customers and colleagues to a high standard
- Experience of working within B2B sector
- Background of achieving targets
