Future Prospects Group are delighted to be working with our client from within the construction industry who are actively recruiting for a HR Advisor on a full-time, permanent basis to join their team.

As HR Advisor you will be responsible for overseeing all people related matters and be the first point of contact for team members.

THE ROLE

Your responsibilities as a HR Advisor will include:

  • Support and manage employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, absence management, etc.) ensuring legal compliance and best practice.
  • Assist with the full recruitment process.
  • Create HR reports and analytics for the senior management team.
  • Work closely across all departments to identify training needs and coordinate appropriate training.
  • Support Head of HR with extra duties and policy formulation.
THE CANDIDATE

The ideal HR Advisor will be able to demonstrate the following key skills and experience:

  • CIPD Level 5 or working towards.
  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Computer literate – MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Experience in Construction, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or similar Blue-Collar environment.
