Our Lincolnshire based client has an exciting opportunity for a Business Services Advisor to join their team on a Full Time, Permanent basis. Within this role you’ll be preparing statutory accounts, business tax computations and getting involved with bookkeeping, VAT and management accounts.
THE ROLE
- Preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
- Preparation of business tax computations and associated schedules
- Working within the accounts team you will help service a portfolio of clients, dealing with year-end and other ad-hoc issues throughout the year
- Occasionally assisting with management accounts, bookkeeping and VAT returns for clients if required
- Assist with audit assignments if required
- Advising clients on most suitable accounting software solutions for their businesses
- General office duties
THE CANDIDATE
- The ideal Business Services Advisor will have two years practice experience, as well as the following:
- AAT / ACCA / ACA qualification or working towards
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Confident with IT
- A strong team player
- Experience of Cloud Accounting software (Desirable)
- Full clean UK driving license
