As a small and dynamic company, this role wears many hats and offers plenty of variety. We’re looking for a Photo Studio Assistant who can support the admin for the creative flow of our photography studio. You’ll be an integral part of our close-knit team - working side by side with Photographers, Production Managers, and our Social Media Manager. From helping on set to keeping the studio tidy, no two days will be the same. We’re a busy, collaborative studio and we’re looking for someone who’s just as passionate and adaptable as we are.
Key Responsibilities

- Host clients - coffee, snacks and good vibes
- Maintain a clean, organised studio environment
- Manage prop storage and stock room
- Fetching props and supplies (often requiring a car)
- Random DIY tasks
- General email admin tasks
What We Are Looking For
You’re highly organised, digitally savvy and great with people. You don’t mind switching between admin tasks and creative support. You’re proactive, enthusiastic, and always ready to pitch in wherever needed. If you’re a team player with a love for food, drink, and photography - this could be the perfect fit.
Essential
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in English, with excellent writing and communication skills
- Positive, proactive attitude and strong team spirit
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential). You must be a confident driver, as this role will involve prop sourcing and sometimes travelling to location shoots.
- Able to travel for shoots when needed, on rare occasion with overnight stay
Desirable
- A good visual eye
- Interest in photography, food, and drink
- Willingness to appear on camera when needed
- Food styling or cooking experience
What You Will Get
- A fun, fast-paced and creative studio environment
- A supportive, sociable team (with a well-stocked snack drawer)
- Opportunities to grow your skills and take on new responsibilities
- Environment where your ideas are welcomed
- Milestone rewards
- Be part of an exciting growing new creative studio
