Future Projects in Norwich is seeking a Quality and Impact Manager to strengthen project management, quality, data and impact systems across the charity and its services. You will lead CRM, monitoring, evaluation and reporting arrangements and act as Data Protection Lead, using evidence to drive continuous improvement.
Working with department heads, you will support planning, mobilisation, delivery, review and closure of time-limited projects, ensuring value, risk management and strong outcomes.
