We are recruiting for a role in our Production Department. We are looking for individuals who are driven, reliable, flexible across shift patterns, and committed to performing a designated role, ensuring they contribute to the efficient, effective, and safe running of their area/line.
The day in the life will include tasks such as machining, glazing, paint preparation, painting, pressing, final processing, and quality checks followed by wrapping and packing. You will be trained in one area and then multi‑skilled in other areas of the business.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Experience working in a window and door manufacturing environment.
- Safety‑first mentality and adherence to health and safety guidelines.
- Willingness to learn new skills and cross‑train.
- Reliability and an excellent time‑keeping and attendance record.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move heavy stock – a key requirement of the role.
- Driving licence and FLT licence considered.
Full‑time permanent, 40 hrs per week, afternoon shift 2 pm–10 pm. Monday‑Friday, no weekends.

Future Products manufactures composite doors using the latest CNC equipment and using the latest glass designs, all of which are made in house. We constantly strive to maintain and improve upon the quality and performance of our products and still offer value for money. All products are manufactured from Future’s own factory which is close to Junction 29 off the M1 using the latest production technology.
