Sales Quote Processor
We are looking for:
The ideal candidate to efficiently and accurately process our Customer Sales Quotations process. Ensuring all quotations are quoted efficiently, accurately and fulfilled on time and in line with our customer’s bespoke requirements.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Processing quotations in line with customer requirements using our Business Micro, Window Designer and Door Builder software
- Experience in dealing with all Customer Quotation Queries of composite doors and associated products, developing and maintaining new business accounts.
- Working closely with external sales force and sales director.
- A drive to excel in sales and drive the company forward by grabbing every opportunity generated.
- Good IT skills with experience of Outlook, Word, Excel and working with CRM systems.
- Experience in the window and door industry a benefit but in-house training will be given.
- Willingness to learn new skills and cross train.
- Reliability, being able to show an excellent timekeeping and attendance record.
- Attention to detail.
- Salary dependent on experience.
- Monday to Friday, no weekends.
- Working Hours 08:30-17:00 Monday to Thursday; 08:30-16:30 Friday.
- Company pension.
- 20 days holiday + statutory holidays.
- Right to work in the UK (passport, birth certificate, National Insurance Number or Home Office Share Code).

We are proud to be one of the largest and longest established manufacturers to the trade of PVC-U Windows, Doors, Tilt & Turns, Patio Doors, Porches, and Conservatories in the UK. We also manufacture Quality Double Glazed Sealed Units, Door Panels and toughen our own glass.
Future Products manufactures Composite Doors using the latest CNC equipment and using the latest Glass Designs, all of which are made in house. We constantly strive to maintain and improve upon the quality and performance of our products and still offer value for money.
All products are manufactured from Future’s own factory which is close to Junction 29 off the M1 using the latest production technology.
