We are instructed on a confidential lateral hire for a leading international firm seeking a Construction Litigation Partner to drive growth in London ultimately to bridge the gaps between London & the Middle East.

This is a strategic and fresh build, not a replacement!

What We’re Looking For:

• – £1.5m+ portable business ( or ability to build / produce similar)
• – Strong disputes track record across complex construction and infrastructure matters
• – Credible client following and appetite to scale

(Middle East-facing experience is highly attractive).

• ✔ Genuine growth mandate
• ✔ International disputes work
• ✔ Platform to build and lead – full ownership
• ✔ No internal bottlenecks

Basic Remuneration: £350,000-£525,000 (dependent on client following).

Profit Per Equity Partner $1,000,000 (EP Highly obtainable within first 18-24 months).
