This senior commercial role covers from early design through delivery on a long-term scheme, with responsibility for cost control, NEC contract administration and value for money.
You will lead the commercial team, manage work packages, oversee procurement, prepare payments and final accounts, and mentor junior members while building strong client and stakeholder relationships.
