Who What Wear is an international fashion company known for its content sites—whowhatwear.com and whowhatwear.co.uk—and its affordable, size-inclusive, and trend-forward line of clothing and accessories. The brand was founded in 2006 by Hillary Kerr and Katherine Power and includes the chart-topping career podcast, Second Life, which is hosted by Kerr.

What you\'ll be doing

Reporting to the Editor-in-Chief, you\'ll pitch, produce, commission and edit digital content, social media activations, events, marketing materials and real-life experiences while keeping our client\\\'s core KPIs front of mind, and pivoting in response to campaign performance; Identify commercial opportunities within, and outside of, existing editorial tentpole moments and franchises to work up into compelling brand-facing pitches.

You\'ll create clear and on-brand creative direction for custom content such as shoots or video, and concise briefs for contributors, freelancers, graphic designers and editors.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve

  • Relevant commercial content experience with a little black book of talent to call upon; a background in digital and the worlds of fashion/beauty
  • Experience managing custom-content shoots, video, audio and social media.
  • Visual sensibilities; commercial-first mindset combined with editorial nous
  • Understanding of SEO best practices, CMS and analytics
  • Experience working across teams and directly with clients.

This is a Hybrid role from our London Office, working three days from the office, two from home

This is a fixed-term contract role for 12 months
