Quantity Surveyor - Pre-Construction & Procurement

Your Role as Procurement Manager Will Include: Managing subcontractor procurement packages from tender through to appointment. Negotiating commercial agreements with subcontractors and suppliers. Working closely with pre-construction and project delivery teams. Managing supply chain relationships and ensuring packages are secured ahead of project commencement. Supporting commercial decision-making across multiple projects. A background in Quantity Surveying within construction. Experience working with subcontractors and commercial negotiations.
